Standard Booth Includes

• Partition walls

• Fascia board with company name

• Carpet

• Lighting

• Power socket

• Information counter

• Chairs

Exhibitor Responsibilities

• Keep booth areas clean and safe at all times

• Maintain a professional appearance throughout the exhibition

• Ensure products and displays remain within the allocated booth space

• Comply with venue and organizer regulations

• Follow all safety and operational guidelines issued by the organizer

Electrical & Technical Services

Additional services are available upon request, including:

• Additional power supply

• Internet connection

• Furniture rental

• Audio visual equipment

• Cleaning services

• Booth decoration services

Orders should be submitted before the deadline specified by the organizer to ensure availability.

Safety Regulations

The following items are prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer:

• Open flames

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable substances

• Dangerous equipment

• Excessive noise devices

All booth structures and installations must comply with venue safety requirements and applicable regulations.

Business Matching Program

Qualified exhibitors may participate in the Business Matching Program.
